Idaho Trip

Amanda took the boys and went to Idaho for a couple of weeks. She went to vistit family and friends while Aaron was in Puerto Rico for work. While she was there she had Grandpa Hammon take their pictures. Here are just a couple of them. While Aaron was in Puerto Rico he was able to go snorkling and spend a day at the beach. Out of all the coworkers that went Aaron was the only one to take sun screen, and the only one that got burned. He had blisters the size of golf balls on his back. Over all everyone had fun.

Ayden at two months. Can you believe that he is three month old already. Time just flying by.

Alex really likes Sesame Street. While we were getting pictures he found the stuffed animal and thought it was Ernie. He had to have his picture with Ernie.

Just one of the moments that Alex is being nice to Ayden.

Alex was done taking pictures.

Ayden's Baby Blessing

Alex had two pairs of sunglasses and he kept wanting to put a pair on Ayden.

Alex was playing outside with the hose.

Taeler came to visit for a week, and she loved the pineapple palm trees.

Our trip to Torrington WY

Over the 4th of July we headed to Torrington, Wy to visit Grandma Hammon, and Grandma and Grandpa Weeks. While we were there we saw all of the Weeks brothers and sisters, and Melisa Dave. Even though it was a long trip it was well worth the visit. We went to Fort Larmie on the 4th. It was a hot day, but not as hot as it would have been if we were here in Las Vegas. The temp was 110. That night we went on the hill to see the fireworks. We didn't have to get out of the car. Alex got scared and crawled in his car seat and went to sleep. Ayden slept through the whole thing. Even though it was nice to get a vacation it is always nice just to get home after.

Here is the generation picture. Grandma and Grandpa Weeks, Grandma Hammon, Amanda, Alexander, and Ayden.

Ann and Caralyn just hanging out.

Alex wanted a tattoo, but after it was on his skin, he decided he didn't like it.

Just a picture of Ayden with his eyes crossed.

Ayden @ 2 weeks

Here is Alex after getting a new Thomas the Train bedding set. He loves it.

Aaron relaxing after a long day at work. Ayden just enjoying daddy's company.

Alex doesn't know what to think of Ayden.

Alex's loves to hold Ayden, but just for a few seconds, then he wants him to play with his toys.

Getting everyone to bed is a challenge. We end up watching The Little Mermaid every night so Alex will go to sleep. As you can see the case is in his hands.

Alex with his bedding.

Alex is trying to find a toy, but of course the one he wants is at the bottom of the toy box.

We finally got our first family photo. Alex decided he would sit still for the picture.

Ayden at 2 weeks. Weighing in at 8 lbs and 8 oz and 21 in long. Yes he is growing like a weed. Everyone is doing fine and Alex is becoming very attached to him. He wakes up in the morning and has to make sure that the baby is still here. It is different with 2 little ones, but well worth every moment.

Ayden John Lee

Ayden John Lee was born June 12, 2008. He weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. Amanda and Ayden came home today (June 14, 2008) and both are doing very well. Amanda is happy to be home where she can relax and enjoy the new baby. Alex is doing quite well with the new baby so far. He wants to play with him, but doesn't understand yet that Ayden cannot play with his trains and other toys. We will see how Alex reacts in a couple of days when he is getting less attention then he used to. Aaron was able to take a couple of days off to help with Alex and the new baby. The baby blessing will be August 3, 2008, so mark your calenders and let us know if you are going to come.
